Apple Pay Availability — Safari and Apple Devices Only

Apple Pay is only available in the Safari browser on Apple devices. It is not supported in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or any other browser, even on a Mac.

Supported Environments

• iPhone (Safari)
• iPad (Safari)
• Mac (Safari only — not Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers)

Not Supported

• Chrome on Mac (including CriOS)
• Chrome, Firefox, Edge on Windows
• Any browser on Android
• Any non-Safari browser on any platform

Common Customer Complaints

• "Apple Pay wasn't available when I tried to book"
• "Apple Pay worked on my phone but not on my computer"

What to Tell the Customer

If a customer reports Apple Pay is unavailable, ask what browser they're using. If it's anything other than Safari, that's expected — Apple Pay only works in Safari. Suggest they switch to Safari or use an alternative payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay).
