How to Clear or Empty Your Cart

Customers can remove items from their cart on the billing page using the trash icon next to each item.

Steps for the Customer

  1. Go to the billing/checkout page
  2. Find the item you want to remove
  3. Click the trash icon next to the item
  4. The item is removed from your cart immediately
  5. If all items are removed, the page shows an empty cart message

Common Customer Complaints

  • "There's no way to empty my cart"
  • "How do I remove an item from my cart?"
  • "I no longer want to purchase this ticket"
  • "I can't find a button to clear my cart"

If the Customer Can't Access the Billing Page

If the customer cannot navigate back to the billing page or their session has expired, a support agent can clear the cart manually by cancelling the pending order and removing the attendee carts on their behalf.
