peace of mind when booking your next class or workshop.
Our Refund Upgrade is here!
Think of it as insurance for your ticket fees. If you need to cancel for a range of reasons—like accidents, injuries, or
sickness—you’ll receive a full refund. [See the full terms and conditions here.]
How it works:
- At checkout, select Upgrade Your Refund Terms.
- Pay an additional 10% of your cart total.
- If you cancel, submit your request before the class ends via the form in your booking confirmation email.
- You’ll get a full refund, including the upgrade fee.
What the Refund Upgrade covers
The Refund Upgrade protects you when something on your side stops you attending — like an accident, injury, or illness.
If a covered reason applies, submit your request before the class ends and you’ll receive a full refund, including the

If the organiser cancels
You’re still looked after — the organiser refunds your class fee in full. In that case the Refund Upgrade fee itself
isn’t refundable, as it protects your booking against a change in your own circumstances, not the organiser’s. The
upgrade is an optional add-on you choose at checkout.
